Use the My Digital Doctor app for free medical consultations with internationally certified doctors, available worldwide to GGH members and their dependents.
A wellness platform that gives tips on recipes, stress management, healthy eating, mind & mood, and exercises that members can do during these uncertain times
This offers sessions via an app to deal with the additional mental health issues that are arising due to social distancing, isolation when working as an expat overseas and being away from your family. It can really help the members work through their stress, anxiety, and depression
Health & Wellness
On the member portal the members and visit the Health Wellness section for exercises and other really useful information, offering a symptom checker
As this is a rapidly evolving situation, our policy will be routinely reviewed, however, our current position is to treat COVID-19 as we would any other comparable disease; i.e., seasonal flu, subject to:
- Individuals following the directions of the local health authority and make appropriate use of healthcare services and facilities that have been made available; i.e., government-sponsored services and facilities
- Costs associated with self-isolation or pre-cautionary quarantine will not be covered
- Medical costs incurred where you have traveled to a country or specific area which your Government or Embassy (in your country of residence) have advised against traveling to under any circumstances will not be covered
