GEB has obtained the ISAE 3402 - type 2 certification for the fifth consecutive year!
This international assurance standard, regulated by the International Auditing and Assurance Standards Board (IAASB), provides assurance to an organization's customers that the service organization has adequate internal controls.
Obtaining this certification is no easy feat. The process of revision began in November, with all departments involved updating the narrative document explaining their activities and related controls. For three months, the auditor required GEB to share proof of its controls and preciseness.
A few weeks ago, the auditors confirmed the quality of GEB's processes and controls, and the ISAE 3402 for 2023 was issued.
This certification enables GEB to identify critical points that need to be monitored to ensure data quality, and to prove to its customers that the information shared is based on an excellent way of conducting business and is reliable.
