François-Xavier Dub appointed General Manager of Generali Employee Benefits (GEB)

Generali Employee Benefits (GEB), the Group entity dedicated to providing solutions for multinational companies to protect and enhance the wellbeing of their workforce, announces the appointment of François-Xavier Dub within the general management.
François-Xavier Dub was since 2019 Head of Insurance within the Partnerships division at Generali France.
As General Manager of Generali Employee Benefits, a provider of global social protection solutions for employees of multinational companies, he reports directly to Ludovic Bayard, appointed CEO of GEB in May 2022.
François-Xavier Dub began his career in 2008, within the General Inspectorate of Société Générale, before joining the strategy consulting firm Exton Consulting in 2010, first as a senior consultant and then as a manager.
In 2014 he joined Generali France as Director of Operations within the Partnerships Department. He was appointed Director of Personal Insurance Solutions in 2016, and then extended his scope of responsibility to Property and Casualty Insurance Solutions in 2019.
François-Xavier Dub, 38, is an actuary, he graduated from École Polytechnique and holds a Master of Science from MIT.
