Frederik has been nominated as Captive International's inaugural FORTY under 40 report, after having been selected by a panel of 13 independent judges.
The project was designed to celebrate the best and brightest up-and-coming talent in the industry – the individuals tipped to become the true leaders of the captives sector globally in the future.
The judges marked a short list of some 80 plus nominees (curated from an initial list of 120 across over 400 nominations) and, after a great deal of deliberation came to their conclusions with the final votes.
