GEB's 2025 Pride celebrations: Equality March in Luxembourg

As Pride Month 2025 came to a close, GEB colleagues came together in a meaningful show of support by joining the Luxembourg Pride Equality March in Esch-sur-Alzette on 12th July 2025. Organised by Rosa Lëtzebuerg, the march brought together a vibrant and diverse crowd to celebrate identity, stand up for equality, and walk in solidarity with the LGBTQI+ community.

At GEB, people are at the heart of everything we do. Our commitment to inclusion is something we carry with us throughout the year. Participating in the march was a way for us to live that commitment out loud. It was a reminder that inclusion isn’t just about what we say, but it’s about where we show up, who we stand with, and how we act.

Behind every Pride flag and celebration are real people: some who have fought to be seen, and others who are still deciding if they can be. Pride is about honouring those stories, recognising the progress made, and acknowledging the work still ahead.

In the spirit of learning and reflection, we were also proud to welcome Rosa Lëtzebuerg to our offices earlier in the week for a Pride Awareness Session titled “Together in Pride: Celebrating Identity, Driving Inclusion in the Workplace”. The session allowed our colleagues to deepen their understanding of LGBTQI+ identities, explore inclusive language, and reflect on how we can all contribute to a safer, more respectful workplace.

Whether in the office or out in the community, these moments matter. They help us build a culture where everyone feels respected, empowered, and free to be their authentic selves, which is at the core of our values and our strategy, Lifetime Partner 27: Driving Excellence.

While Pride Month may be over, our commitment continues. At GEB, we’re proud to support Pride – and we’re committed to keeping that spirit alive all year round.
