The European Captive Forum is the leading networking and educational event for captive owners, captive managers, domiciles, and those who serve and advise the European captive insurance community. 

The Forum is returning for 2023 on 8-9 November at the European Convention Centre, Luxembourg and promises to be packed full of insights, analysis, debate, and connection building opportunities.

Make your step-count count!

GEB WORLD CHALLENGE 2023

We are committed to creating a positive impact within our communities 
where people can develop and flourish, as part of our sustainability 
strategy. Hence, we’re bringing together GEB employees, clients, 
intermediaries and partners around the world in a digital step challenge 
to support The Human Safety Net with their refugees Program.

The challenge will run from October 2nd to 27th 2023, when we’ll walk as one team to beat last year’s achievement 
of 24 million steps. This year, our total target will be 25 million steps. At 
the end of the challenge, should the target be met, GEB will make a 
contribution towards the network of The Human Safety Net.

The GEB World Challenge is hosted on the wellbeing platform supplied 
by the Health Engagement provider, Dialogue. Participation in the 
challenge and platform download are free of charge.

Light up the future

GEB was proud to contribute to WBN 67th Global Conference in Abu Dhabi.

Daniela Masters, Head of Global Health & Wellbeing Programmes at GEB discussed mental health risk management in a virtual educational session and explored the core of the ISO 45003 (psychological risk management at work), that is the idea of a shared responsibility between employer and employee to look after employee's mental health.

Join us on November 10 at 1.30pm (GMT+8), as Steve Wong, Director Asia Pacific at GEB will share his insights during the panel discussion "Wholistic Employee Wellbeing".

Mental health exists on a complex continuum with experiences ranging from good wellbeing to debilitating states of suffering. According to WHO, 15% of the working adults suffered from mental disorders in 2019. Every year companies lose productivity due to depression and anxiety disorders. There are actions that companies can take to prevent mental health risks at work as well as support those with mental health conditions. This session will introduce some of the solutions to address the mental health continuum and focus on how companies can promote physical, financial, and mental health in the workplace.
